Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. What you receive

A paid plan gives you a license key for Pushpendra Panel. The software itself is downloaded and installed on your own server with the installer from this website.

2. Delivery time

• Online payment (Razorpay): the license key is shown on screen immediately after a successful payment and emailed to your account address.
• Manual / invoice orders: the license key is issued within 1 working day after we receive the payment, and emailed to you.
• All your license keys are always available on your account page.

3. Activation

Open your panel → Settings → License & Plan, paste the key and click Activate. The panel shows your plan and its validity date.

4. Did not receive your key?

Check your spam folder and your account page first. If the key is missing, email hello@ptpanel.in with your payment ID and we will resolve it the same working day.
