1. Who we are

Pushpendra Panel and this website (ptpanel.in) are operated by Pushpendra Technology Private Limited (“we”, “us”), registered office: Office No. 1312, 13th Floor, Tower C, The Iconic, The Corenthum, Plot No. A-41, Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India. These terms govern your use of the website, community forum, downloads, paid plans and related services (the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

3. Community forum

• Be respectful. No harassment, spam, illegal content, malware, or sharing of other people’s private data.
• Do not post secrets such as passwords, API tokens or private keys. Moderators may remove them.
• You keep ownership of what you post, and grant us a licence to host and display it as part of the Services.
• Moderators may edit, move, lock or remove content that breaks these rules.

4. Software

The panel software is provided under the licence that accompanies each release. Unless a paid plan states otherwise, the software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. You are responsible for backing up your servers and data.

5. Paid plans and payments

• Paid plans are prepaid for one month or one year at the price shown on the pricing page and at checkout, including applicable taxes (such as GST).
• Online payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or bank details. You can also pay by invoice or bank transfer on request.
• Plans do not renew automatically. A license key is delivered as described in our Delivery Policy.
• Cancellations and refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• One license is meant for the server(s) allowed by its plan. Sharing or reselling license keys is not allowed; we may revoke keys that are misused.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the Services to attack, probe or overload our systems or anyone else’s, or to distribute unlawful content.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, revenue or profits, arising from your use of the Services.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute.
